Details:

This App Allows you to set and schedule Out-of-Office (Auto Reply) messages for Microsoft Exchange Online email accounts, which are:
  1. Office 365 Email Accounts,
  2. Outlook.com Email Accounts, and,
  3. Hotmail.com Email Accounts.
The steps to schedule and set Out-of-Office (Auto Reply) Messages are:
  1. Add one or more Exchange Online email accounts to the App along with any account specific texts,
  2. Add one or more Out-of-Office schedules to the App,
  3. The App will set the current Out-of-Office schedule right away for each email account, and,
  4. When the time to set the next Out-of-Office schedule comes, you will receive a Local Notification on your Mobile Device, and, upon clicking on it, the schedule will be set.

The App: "Out-of-Office Scheduler for Exchange Online - Free" makes it easy to set & schedule Out-of-Office/Automatic Replies for Microsoft Exchange Online accounts.
In order to facilitate the above, the App:
  1. Accesses 3 (three) access permissions on your Microsoft Exchange Online Account, and,
  2. Uses and stores Microsoft OAuth Tokens & your user IDs on your mobile device.
Note: Your stored data are never shared, and, never leaves your mobile device.

Details:
  1. Access permissions on your Microsoft Exchange Online Account:

    As you authenticate your accounts in the App, upon successful authentication the Microsoft OAuth Tokens are saved on your device. The OAuth Tokens are used to access your data as described in the section below.

  2. Access permissions on your Microsoft Exchange Online Account:

    The App uses 3 (three) Access permissions on your Microsoft Exchange Online Account. Details on each below:

    1. Read your profile: Out-of-Office Scheduler for Exchange Online - Free will be able to read your profile.
    2. Maintain access to data you have given Out-of-Office Scheduler for Exchange Online - Free access to: Allows Out-of-Office Scheduler for Exchange Online - Free to see and update the data you gave it access to, even when you are not currently using the app. This does not give Out-of-Office Scheduler for Exchange Online - Free any additional permissions.
    3. Read and write to your mailbox settings: Out-of-Office Scheduler for Exchange Online - Free will be able to read, update, create, and delete your mailbox settings.
